Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Loyalty Representative. You will be the point of contact for our customers that are wanting to cancel their services. The job requires providing excellent service and resolving any concerns they may have and find resolutions that end in a win-win for both the customer as well as the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Answer inbound, transferred calls and respond to customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Creatively find resolutions that help assist the customer with their individual needs while keeping them as a customer.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (bilingual in Spanish will get paid an additional hourly rate)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through multiple applications simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
