Harley-Davidson of Glendale is a locally owned and family operated dealership founded in 1976 by Oliver Shokouh. Oliver's main goal was to find a way to share the true spirit and camaraderie within the motorcycle community; The idea that owning and riding a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle would enrich one's life.
As a Harley Davidson Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on Harley Davidson motorcycles that fit the customers wants and needs.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Generating sales leads to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Participating in events, promotions, and other activities to promote the Harley Davidson brand and our dealership.
- Continuously improving your knowledge of Harley Davidson products and the industry.
- Outbound contact via Calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on powersports, motorsports or the Harley Davidson brand.
- A deep understanding of the Harley Davidson brand and lifestyle is encouraged but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet goals and exceed targets.
- A strong work ethic and personal motivation.
- Ownership mentality
- A valid driver's license and a motorcycle endorsement.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
