THIS POSITION IS ON SITE

We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is looking to start a new career path and possesses qualities of a born leader with a contagious and positive demeanor.

A Sales Associate is a key member of our team, working to increase product reach and brand recognition throughout the Blue Ash and greater Cincinnati area. You will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and consultative selling and have a thorough understanding of services. You will be working in a team oriented environment of like-minded and driven young professionals. We provide all training to ensure exceptional product knowledge and problem solving skills to effectively educate customers about energy deregulation.

Position is full time, in person and first shift.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in finding the right products
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
