Ruston (LA) Daily Leader is looking for a strong candidate to help build our ongoing

multi-media advertising sales efforts. We are a five-day print and digital publication

offering newspaper/magazine formats in print as well as complementary online digital

advertising to a predominantly local clientele. Duties will include many creative, planning

and leadership tasks. Goals and timelines, both individual and team, will be an integral

part of your commitment in this role. Computer literacy, social media proficiency, solid

email creation skills and high school education required. College education is

preferable but not required for the right candidate. Previous job experience with forward-

facing customer contact is necessary. Good people skills are a must. Compensation will

be salary plus commission and is negotiable based on potential and qualifications.
