The job of BDC (Business Development Center) Service Coordinator is full of opportunities for customer interaction and problem-solving. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls with the proper dealership greeting, making outbound phone calls to service customers for vehicle maintenance, sending emails/texts to customers for the dealership service department, and maintaining/restocking the coffee & cookie supplies in our customer lounge.

Strong keyboarding/typing skills are a must, along with the ability to work well with others and multitask between multiple computer systems. Call Center experience is preferable. Automotive experience is also preferred but not required.

The pay is $16/ hour. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and employees receive a day off after working a Saturday.
