```Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases and process transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of technology products, wireless sales, or jewelry sales is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
