We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Traveling Sales Associate to be part of our traveling sales team, journeying to various retail locations across Florida to support our operations. As a valued member of this elite team, you will step in to fill open positions on-demand, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

The home location for this position is Fort Myers, FL

Responsibilities:

• Travel to different retail locations throughout Florida to provide coverage as needed.
• Adapt quickly to different environments and roles within our retail settings.
• Embrace a customer-focused selling culture to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales goals on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain open availability and flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes.

Requirements:

• Two years of retail experience, including one year of management experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers and colleagues effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets consistently.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle in excellent working condition.
