Full description of the position

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager for our Deerwood office. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. This position is responsible for leading our Sales Team, assisting customers with financing, and selling extended service products.

Job duties include:

Assess strengths and weaknesses of sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

Work with superiors to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Inventory control.

Display lot management.

Other typical Sales Manager duties.

Necessary skills

Minimum of two years experience in automotive/recreational sales and one year in dealership management.

Ability to work varied/extended hours.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Strong decision-making abilities.
