Nebraska Parkour, a parkour and acro gym in Omaha is looking for help in growing our gym and introducing more locals to the sport of parkour!

The offered hourly pay is based on our average salesperson starting out at making $15 an hour PLUS commission and growing toward $18 as you show results and grow into this role.

This would be an in-person sales and customer service/Receptionist position. We're looking for someone with...

1.) Out Of This World people skills (Vital, being shy does not work).

2.) Someone with conversation and leadership skills.

3.) Previous experience with SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE. Applicants without experience here will not be considered.

4.) Enjoys working & interacting with children & parents

5.) Interest in longevity with the company.

6.) Someone who can focus and work alone for up to 4-hours alone each day, and enjoy being around others as well

A typical day involves greeting our members and checking them into classes. In between classes, one would be expected to call leads, respond to calls and voicemails, set appointments for new guests to try our gym, and provide top-tier customer support to those who are in the gym. Growing our programs is vital for this position, so an excellent sales background is needed.

This position gives a generous commission on sales made.
This position requires great people skills and speaking skills.

Training for this position will be held in our gym, Nebraska Parkour gym for a couple of weeks. To be determined what days/times the trainings will be when hired.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and help clients book their sessions.
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
- Regular cleaning duties to keep the place organized
- Take on projects as needed and grow your skills
- Lend your winning personality!

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software (Email, Docs, GSheets)
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - required
- Ability to type quickly and accurately - required
