THIS OPPORTUNITY IS A FULL-TIME POSTION: TUESDAY-SATURDAY 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

The role of the Leasing Consultant is to promote the positive image of the community to prospects, residents, vendors, and all guests. The candidate must possess exceptional customer service and sales skills with a positive energetic attitude!

** Compensation: Hourly, plus multiple commission levels and bonuses!**

Maintains detailed knowledge of the apartment community, including all amenities and features.
Maintains a helpful and respectful outlook towards prospects, residents, guests and co- workers, at all times.
Provides a daily inspection of vacant model appearance.
Handles all aspects of leasing from answering telephone calls, text messages and emails, to touring communities, and closing the lease.
Documents all daily traffic, including phone calls, text messages and and emails.
Handles or assists in Resident Service requests.
Performs daily inspection of common areas and community amenities.

Completes all advertising for the property daily to include: Social media channels, Apartment leasing sites, Websites and Craigslist ads.

Works in a team environment with a positive attitude and is a self-starter with energy to take on daily tasks.

Reports any observed maintenance issue and sets up coffee areas daily.

Must adhere to and comply with all established company safety policies and rules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:

• Excellent Social Media knowledge and Google/Gmail experience.
• Computer skills required with Apple products
• High School education or equivalent
• Excellent telephone, email and texting skills
• Sales/customer service experience
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Pass background, credit check and drug/alcohol screening (including marijuana)
• We are willing to train for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
