Salary: $90000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Sales: Generate leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on insurance products and industry trends to effectively educate and advise clients.

Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.

Reliable: We have an ultra flexible schedule allowance but follow through is a must.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry a plus but not required

Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional service.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

If candidate is not licensed to transact insurance, candidate must complete education requirements (provided by Farmers Insurance)

Must pass a background check

Must have a Desktop PC or Laptop
