Legacy Properties Sothebys International Realty, Maines leading luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking a motivated and results driven candidate who has a strong mindset for success to help us manage and grow our vacation rental businesses. Top notch customer service skills are paramount. Strong sales abilities are desirable. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task while interacting in a clear and efficient manner with property owners, tenants, vendors, and colleagues. The candidate will be responsible for replying to tenant inquiries, drafting rental agreements, prospecting for new properties, coordinating property cleaning, trash removal, tenant check ins and check outs, and must be incredibly well-organized and adept at quickly and accurately navigating various online systems used in the management of our properties and inquires. Superb attention to detail, customer service and problem solving skills, and data entry accuracy are essential requirements.

Previous experience with rentals and a real estate license are preferred. This is an independent contractor position and commission-based.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing numerous online systems focused on the entering and maintaining of property listing information, bookings, and photography
• Utilizing Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.
• Professional and courteous interactions with clients and agents
• Being able to work in tandem with various colleagues
• Flexibility and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• The ability to travel via your own car to various properties when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
