The National Account Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day support to Bones Coffee Company Sales team and the retail merchandising team. This role will ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process. The job is based in our Cape Coral, FL office.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitates daily communication to account team, e commerce sales and operations.
• Manages various processes, including but not limited to, inventory overview, store service levels, SOS order processing, new item setup, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Work directly with food brokers to enhance customer experience in retail settings.
• Create and maintain information pertaining to market retails.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers in the development of proposals and sales presentations.
• Work with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders.
• Data Analysis
• Trade show coordination from start to finish.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking and ability to prioritize.
• Strong understanding of sales and sales operations practices
• Excellent communications skills; and capable of forging strong, impactful cross-functional relationships
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong data extraction and analytical skills
• Innovative
• Sales experience a plus

Travel:

• Some travel required such as customer visits, training, and trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
