Academy Bus is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our charter bus sales team in our busy Tri-State area market. As a Sales Coordinator at Academy, you will have the opportunity to join the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their charter bus reservations
• Provide information about our services and fleet
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently
• Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the lines of communication open between our sales managers and customers

Sales Coordinator Desired Qualities and Skills:

• Dependable self-starter that takes initiative and accountability
• Solid customer service experience
• Effective communicator, written and verbal, by phone and email
• Uses active listening techniques, and clear speaking manner with customers
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with leadership, colleagues and customers
• Works well in a team oriented environment
• Organized, detail oriented, planner, and multi-tasker
• Superb time management skills

Sales Coordinator Agent Requirements:

• 2 years of applicable experience in travel related reservations or customer service role
• Experience working in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
