JOB SUMMARY
Our client is in search of a go-getter, Follow-Up Specialist (Sales) in the St. Louis area, who will immediately provide significant contributions to the companys revenue growth and future. The Follow-Up Specialist must be a self-starter, motivated and able to communicate effectively with potential clients, by showcasing their ability to connect with a variety of personalities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
- Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
- Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma and/or Associate degree
- Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive required
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
- Must possess problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
Job Type: Full-time, W2
Pay: $42,000 OTE
Schedule:
- Office hours: (Mon.: 2:00pm 8:00pm, Tues.: 9:00am 6:00pm, Wed. & Thur.: 9:00am 8:00pm (including 2 hour break, from 1pm 3pm), Fri.: 9:00am 5:00pm. 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month: 10:00am 2:00pm (CST)
