Position: Account Executive

Pay: $52k-$60k/yr (depending on experience)

Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales role, including prospecting for new businesses

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday

ProRecruiters is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Sells company products and services
• Apply the sales process with discipline and vigor
• Conduct effective discovery meetings that uncover pain points as aligned with products and services
• Formally present/pitch/propose products and services, providing relevant and accurate information, as solutions to established problems
• Maintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
• Negotiate contracts to maximize both immediate and long-term value
• Forecast Closed Deals (Sales, Recruiting, etc.)
• Strategically allocate your time on those activities that will best accomplish the goal
• Responsible for building a territory within a two-hour radius of Tulsa, OK
Must have reliable transportation

• Proven ability to build relationships, manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
