So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who embodies the ShareFile mantra of putting customers first. In the Inside Sales Representative role, you will work with a set list of existing ShareFile customers as well as targeted net new customers to grow or create new ShareFile business.

This includes:

  • Being an effective self-starter

    • Must effectively territory plan to best utilize their time when contacting customers

    • Must show proficiency in self sourcing and working a sales pipeline from lead creation to close

  • Be a great team player

    • You'll be the point person for opportunities, however you must effectively work with a team of individuals with similar goals, including solution engineers, SDRs, renewals, and customer success

  • The drive to win

    • ShareFile is looking for A-players that love to win!

    • Must be able to learn from others and be able to put learnings into practice

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year Account Management/equivalent experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce

  • At least 3 years of closing experience preferred

  • Track record of success
