Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers and educate them on the benefits of our products and services
- Generate leads through various methods such as door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Utilize salesforce software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and update sales progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in energy or solar sales
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques is beneficial
