Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Experience:
- Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Tech Savviness
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
Qualifications:
-4 year degree preferred in Business or related field
-2 year degree preferred with experience in customer facing roles
