Who our client is: A long-standing agency out of North Palm Beach, FL. They are looking for an In-Office Licensed Customer Service Agent to help maintain and build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional service!

Location: 11235 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408

JOB OPPORTUNITY: In-Office Customer Service Agent

BASE: $40,000 - $45,000 annually PLUS commissions

HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound and inbound service calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Potential for cross selling current customers
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Servicing policies
• Addressing concerns and questions
• Professional development and training

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of prior insurance experience
• A thorough understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great phone skills
• Good work ethic
• Be coachable
• Team player
