Regional Sales Manager
Overview:
As the Player/Coach Regional Sales Manager at Everlights, you will be pivotal in leading, coaching, and driving a high-performing team of Outside Sales Representatives focusing on daily sales motions, including Hunting, Prospecting, and Cold Calling. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit top talent, provide effective training and coaching, and ensure the team's success in surpassing sales targets. Collaborating closely with the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and delivering regular performance reports. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture, ultimately achieving company-wide sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture within the team.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Utilize your extensive industry connections to recruit top-performing Outside Sales Representatives.
- Implement effective hiring strategies aligned with sales objectives and company culture.
Commercial and Residential Sales Strategy:
- Engage in daily sales motions, including Hunting, Prospecting, and Cold Calling for both commercial and residential businesses.
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers in commercial and residential sectors for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Individual Sales Contributions:
- Own a personal sales quota, actively engaging in daily sales motions, including Hunting, Prospecting, and Cold Calling for commercial and residential businesses.
- Manage and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall team sales quota.
- Create and maintain a robust personal sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into successful sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven outside sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit high-performing Outside Sales Representatives.
- Sales training, onboarding, and coaching experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and talent development.
Desired Experience:
- 8 Years of Outside Sales in Commercial and Residential Business Development
- 3 Years of Sales Team Recruitment, Hiring, Training, Managing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
