Account Manager

What does a successful Account Manager do?
The Account Manager has enterprise-wide responsibility for ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to your assigned client. You are responsible for managing and developing operational relationships for your client. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the clients business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.

What you will do:
  • You will develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan
  • You are tasked with understanding their clients environment to ensure full utilization of our solutions for maximum benefit
  • Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, external projects, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures
  • Compliance with system audit, client profile updates, and other administrative duties, involve maximum process to meet legal and contractual obligations

What you will need to have:
  • Bachelors degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service

What would e great to have:

  • Enhance client relationships/client retention
  • Focus on enterprise problem prevention and resolution
  • Proven ability to interface with senior management or executives and requires minimal supervision and direction
  • Requires ability to influence at multiple levels internally and externally to accomplish business goals
  • Proficiency in working with the Microsoft suite, using Excel formulas, and running SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems is helpful, including Salesforce or similar eCRM tool
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience designing and running reports using Access, Tableau or Altery

Travel Required: Up to 20% domestic travel

Salary Range

$66,800.00 - $119,200.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
