Home Remodeling Sales Consultant

• Roofing, Siding, Windows and Doors
• Hybrid Remote Southern New Jersey
• Full Time - Flexible Scheduling - Limited Work from Home
• Base Salary and Commission - $90,000 to $150,000+ per year

Duties-

• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
• Present product information to customer and demonstrate how it meets their needs
• Offering clients roofing, siding, windows, doors and decking
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale
• Stay updated on industry trends, products and competitors

Requirements:

• Strong business development and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
• Ability to travel for outside sales meetings and account management
• Must be able to carry a ladder, climb a ladder, and climb onto a roof when needed. Can not have a fear of heights

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience with exteriors sales is a plus but not required
• Experience in the building industry
• Familiarity with Job Progress, Leap or other CRM software
• Familiarity with software such as WORD and EXCEL
