Position: Sales Representative

Job Description:

Utility consulting LLC is seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join our team in the sales department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their financial goals.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain current and expand product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their financial goals.
• Work with customers to understand their business needs.
• Provide solutions to all customer inquiries.
• Follow up on customer leads that come in through the website or phone.
• Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the sales department.
• Ensure all communication with customers is clear, timely, and effective.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
• Technical skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)are preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
