Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and security
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register or POS system is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual skills are a bonus, but not required
