Call Center Representative

Duties:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sales experience or the ability to effectively promote products or services
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
