We offer full design services as well as decoration capabilities in-house that include embroidery, screen printing, and heat transfer.
As a sales representative, you will be part of a team that sells unparalleled service and unique merchandise in the business to business market, youth team sports world, resort, and retail markets. In addition to manufacturing a highly sought after private label line, we also sell Under Armour, Nike, Next Level, and many other brands. We have worked with many of our customers for 20+ years including Dairy Queen, General Mills, the Minnesota Twins, the Minnesota Wild, and many other major corporations, sports teams, and universities in the area.
Our private label line is highly sought after in the Midwest; you would be hard pressed to not find one of our garments in most resorts, sports retailers, and universities. Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including corporations, retailers, resorts, schools, athletic associations, and other businesses focused on providing custom merch for their retail customers
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to create custom product offerings
- Manage administrative aspects of the role including order entry, calendar management, proposals, and reporting
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with all customers in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years industry experience in B2B sales
- Goal-oriented and ambitious with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability with assertive, positive, and persistent style
- Proven customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums
- Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
- Organized with effective time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
