Position Overview:
Embark on a rewarding journey with Tempus as a Customer Service & Business Development Representative. As a pivotal member of our team, you will actively contribute to expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide unparalleled customer support, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring maximum satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify and seize new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving towards ambitious revenue goals.
Sustainable Recycling Expertise:
- Stay at the forefront of the latest trends and regulations in sustainable electronics recycling.
- Educate clients on the myriad benefits of environmentally responsible practices and our holistic solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and business development, coupled with a background in technology or a passionate interest in IT hardware.
- Previous successful sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

Requirements:
