WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are looking for a team member who is an energetic, hardworking individual with a positive and self-starting attitude to fill this position. As part of the sales team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the critically important role in continuing ELRO Manufacturings aggressive growth plans. Our Sales Executives are passionate about driving results and will be asked to:
- Identify and prospect new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to generate sales opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
- Cross-sell additional services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our metalworking services and capabilities to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce our services, understand client needs, and propose customized solutions that meet their manufacturing requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure client projects are delivered successfully, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the CEO, offering insights into sales activities and pipeline status.

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction products, manufacturing or metalworking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision makers.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing long-term client partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and close sales opportunities.
