Job Title: Printing Service Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Printing Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our printing services to businesses and individuals. This role requires a strong understanding of printing technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Printing Service Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their printing needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest printing technologies, products, and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

- Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on client requirements, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.

- Order Processing and Follow-up: Coordinate with internal teams to process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery to clients. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.

- Continuous Learning: Continuously update knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and industry events to stay ahead in the field of printing services sales.
Requirements:
- Printing, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of printing technologies, processes, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software experience helpful.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in selling digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, or related services.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and software applications.
- Experience with managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
- Certification in sales or related field is a plus.

Pay: $39,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year
