Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in . As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services

- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion

- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust

- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

- Ability to make outbound calls confidently and effectively

- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets

- Proficiency in a CRM software is preferred

- Previous experience in inside sales is highly desirable

Pay: $37,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
