The Ranches division of A. Duda & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Sod Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the Sod division sales and marketing efforts of the Cocoa location.

Duda is a diversified land company engaged in a variety of agricultural and real estate operations. The family owned and operated company is in its fifth generation of family ownership.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage sod wholesale customer relations, including customer visits, promoting new varieties, establishing pricing and coordinate customer issues and quality control.
• Manage sod retail sales including driving sales, tracking website leads and setting the structure for retail sales in Central Florida.
• Lead sod division marketing programs including advertising, website management and promotional products.
• Coordinate sod variety supply management between the Lake Placid, Cocoa and Oviedo locations.
• Manage sod coordinators and establish relationships with field supervisors to support customer service needs.

Education & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Business and Marketing knowledge preferred
• Five or more (5+) years experience in sales and marketing / customer relations
• Must have the ability to sit and view a computer screen with use of a keyboard for extended periods of time
• Overnight travel may be required
