SmartWay is a Knoxville based retailer offering home furnishings, appliances, electronics, and even tires on a Lease/Rent-to-own basis. We are the home of Pay Your Way allowing our customers to customize their rental purchase payments and change them on the fly at any time.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in the success of the store by consistently delivering excellent customer service and fulfilling sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing agreements. This role also processes renewal payments with a high level of customer service. Additionally, our Sales Associates ensure the showroom floor is well-maintained and provide a warm, friendly environment for our customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Preferred Qualification: Bilingual with English and Spanish
