Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to track down homeowners entitled to surplus funds resulting from tax lien foreclosures, mortgage foreclosures, and other real estate transactions.
• Utilize skip tracing techniques and PI software to locate prospects efficiently.
• Act as a closer, efficiently converting leads into successful surplus fund recoveries.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize strategies for surplus fund recovery.
• Apply a diverse range of sales techniques to discern and evaluate potential leads, aiming to comprehend their requirements and obstacles thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with skip tracing and PI software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
