Bay Area Printing is a local Wide Format Printing and Graphics Solutions Company. We are looking for a highly motivated outside sales rep to join our team. Bay Area offers Competitive pay, medical / dental insurance, 401K, vacation / sick / holiday pay, and Company vehicle.

Outside Sales Representatives will work the Panhandle area. Rep will be responsible for maintaining current accounts as well as generate new business. This position requires cold calling on commercial accounts.

The Sales rep would be selling everything that Bay Area offers from Large/Small document printing and scanning, Signage and Large Color Items such as Fine Arts, posters, etc. along with the sales and service, paper, ink, etc. of our Large Format printers/plotters and scanners. This is a Base plus Commission Salary.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Possess proven sales revenue.
• Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
• Previous cold calling experience.
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
• Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
• Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success.
• One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business).
• Good Driving record
• Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
