Full description of the position

SERVPRO of Racine County ~ Business Development Representative

Daily Marketing visits to top and potential clients while being actively involved in community events, as well as multiple chamber events monthly. Does this sound like your dream job? If you are results driven this role is salary based starting at $40-$45k annual with no cap commission structure.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
  • Commute throughout Racine county for regular marketing cold calls (Company vehicle is provided)
  • Met sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify Target 25 (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)
  • Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Manager with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)
  • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position Requirements

  • Must be driven and motivated to work independently daily
  • Outside sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong business and financial knowledge and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is a plus
  • Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft and OS platforms. Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve while being compassionate in high stress situations
  • Participate in chamber, and other local organization events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
