Located in West Allis, WI- Weather Tight is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to make outbound calls to schedule appointments for home improvement projects, handle inbound phone call inquiries, and dispatch sales representatives to and from appointments. The Dispatcher/Call Center Representative will report directly to the Call Center Manager.

This is a remote telemarketing/dispatching position- with full work from home capabilities. You must be within driving distance to West Allis, WI and reside in Wisconsin. No out of state candidates will be considered at this time.

You must be able to talk with customers and be persuasive in nature to discuss having an estimate now, rather than later.

Weather Tight is employee-owner, and our call center offers a casual, FUN workplace with full paid training, and a supportive team atmosphere. This is a full-time (35-39 hours/week) position starting in the near future. Shifts will range from Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. We offer supportive management and a competitive benefits package.

Please note- hourly rate is $15 hour then bonus brings the range to $16-$25/hr. (more potential is possible). Bonuses occur every month based on marketing goals.
