Re-Bath, a leading provider of bathroom remodeling solutions, is seeking a Sales Follow-Up Specialist/Call Center Representative to join our dynamic Sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with potential customers and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products and services
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide information about our products, services, and pricing
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Meet or exceed monthly targets
