Vacation Homes of Hilton Head is seeking to hire an experienced, energetic, detail orientated individual for the position of reservations & revenue manager. This position includes working with rental guests, property owners, and vendors.

This job requires a smart phone, as well as transportation during your work day. The position is full time 40-hours a week. Saturdays/ Sundays seasonally.

Salary is based on previous experience in the vacation rental industry.

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Reservations & Sales Department

Oversight of Guest Ambassador/s (training, scheduling, & projects)

• Assist Guest Ambassador with phone reservations & online leads, questions, and maintenance requests

Revenue Management

Manage Social Media Platforms

• Monitor social media posts and send content ideas to social media person

Property Management

Direct oversight of designated properties

Create, follow through and close out work orders for designated properties

Remain in direct contact with owners

• Approve maintenance expenditures & repairs

Cross reference entered bills/ statements for accuracy

Quality audits of designated properties

• Conduct annual walkthroughs of properties to provide a list of recommended lists of improvements to owners, and aid owner in completing the improvements.
• Conduct Owner Arrival Inspections
• Monitor guest reviews for areas of concern (repair what we can, pass information along to owner as necessary)

Property Performance

• Monitor year or year, month over month reservation/sales performance for properties and aid GM in identifying areas of concern before they become a problem
• Know and monitor property income: yearly goal vs. actual, booking availability potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
