We are the top Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Wagoneer dealer in Pinellas County with Hundreds of available New and Preowned vehicles to sell. We are paying UP-FRONT for sold Incoming and Ordered Units and lots of Bonus'!! We have Thousands of customer's in our Mastermind Equity Tool ready to be contacted and scheduled for trade in / upgrade.

Equity mining sales associates are focused on prospecting service drive customers for upgrading their current vehicle or selling to us outright. We utilize Mastermind Equity Mining program to determine qualified prospects to communicate with. So your efforts are focused on prequalified customers.

You will interact with customers and service associates to help guide them through their vehicle selection and purchase process. Position requires ability to communicate clearly and listen both in person and over the phone.

2 locations provide us 2 full inventories of New & Preowned vehicles to sell from.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Representatives complete extensive training regarding the product line. (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram & Wagoneer)
• As a Sales Representative, you will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options
• Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
• Sales Representatives will complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Job Requirements

Although we are specifically seeking seasoned Service Equity experienced automotive sales professionals, we will also consider trainable sales candidates.

• Automotive sales experience is necessary for this role.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person")
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional Appearance
• Driver's License required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
• Bi/Multi-lingual a plus
