Full description of the position

European Wax Center Baltimore - Canton Crossing is a fast-paced center, specializing in high-quality body waxing.

We are currently seeking a full-time and part time front desk associate, to maintain the flow of the center by efficiently managing the reservation book and educating guests on all that European Wax has to offer.

REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years of Sales experience meeting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent customer service and computer skills.

Available to work evenings and weekends

Must have a positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Ability to educate guests on the services, products and packages that EWC has to offer based on their skincare needs
