Looking for Mid/Closing shift, with Saturdays.

Consultative Sales and Relationship Building Are you an upbeat person who can connect with new people easily? Are you confident in making recommendations and asking for the sale? Want to learn more about Pilates? Read on to see if this is a good fit for you!

Client Outreach: There is heavy phone work in this role. A polished and personable phone manner is important. We speak with every client before they come in to the studio. Pilates can help a wide variety of clients with different wants and needs.

You will call people who have engaged with us on social media, marketing campaigns and other events to get a better sense of what they are looking for so that we can make a good recommendation. Encourage people to share more information so that you can uncover what will make them feel most successful and build value in our services.

Membership Sales: We work together as a team to sell memberships, overcome objections, and onboarding new members so that they are aware of our policies, know how to use the app, and get scheduled for classes.

Account Management: Selling a membership is the beginning of your relationship! You will then see members in studio when they come in for classes.

You'll uphold studio policies answer member questions about their account - looking into how many classes they have left for the month, answering questions about specific charges, helping to freeze or unfreeze an account, upgrading, downgrading and cancellations. Documentation, following process, communication and diligence is critical.

You must be able to communicate clearly and with empathy while educating and reinforcing policies and also finding a way to de-escalate member frustrations.

Social Media & Community Building

Social media is an important tool for the studio. Members come together as a community both in the studio and on Instagram/Facebook to deepen their connection. People outside the studio check out our socials to see what our vibe is. We are looking for someone who enjoys catching moments and creating fun/informative/engaging posts that keep our members engaged. This is something each employee is responsible for doing, so the better versed you are in Canva and other tools, the better! We have an agency for paid social marketing, this is about building our own presence online.

We also enjoy having events in studio - anything ranging from themed days to member appreciation events. Our team is involved in planning and executing these events - and then leading the trend to help build and encourage the atmosphere.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
