What We're Looking For:

SuperCare Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our Diabetes Division. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our diabetes care products and services to healthcare professionals, clinics, and individuals. This position reports to the Director of Sales - Diabetes.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales Development:
    • Execute outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals, clinics, and potential customers to introduce and promote SuperCare Health's diabetes care products and services.
    • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and present solutions tailored to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of SuperCare Health's diabetes care product line to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in diabetes care.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, diabetes educators, and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up
    • Provide a high quality customer experience by being well-versed in product information, answering inquiries, and addressing customer concerns at the onset of the customer relationship
    • Work in close partnership with the Diabetes Customer Service team to seamlessly transition patients and customers over to continued care through SuperCare Health
  • Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the Field Sales team to support their efforts through lead generation, appointment scheduling, and providing relevant information to facilitate sales meetings.
    • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes using the company's CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Sales - Diabetes Management to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Training and Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
    • Stay informed about diabetes management best practices and emerging trends.

This role may be a fit if you have..

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of diabetes care products and services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
