Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Productivity Coach to join our team at Keller Williams Points North. As a Productivity Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our real estate agents to maximize their productivity, efficiency, and overall success. You will play a crucial role in helping our agents set and achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and develop the necessary skills to excel in their real estate careers. This is a commission only based position.

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Assist agents in developing effective business plans and marketing strategies to generate leads and build a strong client base.
  • Conduct group training sessions and workshops on topics related to productivity, goal setting, sales techniques, and other relevant areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure agents are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
  • Monitor and track agents' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents to assess their individual needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Create personalized development plans for each agent, focusing on areas such as lead generation, time management, client service, negotiation skills, and overall productivity.
  • Provide guidance, support, and accountability to agents to help them implement strategies and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other coaches, team leaders, and management to develop and implement training programs.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Increase productivity of non-capping associates to Capper status through a stellar Productivity Coaching program.
  • Set and achieve the standard that minimum 50% of associates in the program are productive every month.
  • Hit a goal of 1-5-20 for recruiting (1 appointment a day, 5 a week, 20 a month).
  • Recruit 5 new agents into the program and the market center
  • Drive attendance and active participation in Ignite and BOLD (scheduled annually within the Market Center).

Communications/Interactions

  • Staff To set goals, plan, work on projects and tasks daily
  • Sales Associates Set goals, plan, train, develop careers daily
  • Lead Generation of Sales Associates To join company daily/weekly
  • Team Leader/MCA Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) weekly

Experience:

  • Real Estate Sales Experience: 2 years with 10+ closed transactions annually (Required)
  • Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Recruiting: 1 year minimum (Preferred)
