Job Description:

As the Regional Sales Manager for our machine manufacturing client, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with their customers. Your primary objective will be to not only educate potential customers about our client's company, array of products, operational procedures, and capabilities, but also to ensure that their requirements are met with utmost satisfaction. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for enhancing services and products to stimulate sales growth while upholding customer contentment.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and alleviate concerns regarding their current production processes and machinery.
• Allocate internal resources efficiently to execute projects successfully.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain technical proficiency through internal documentation and industry literature.
• Expand our client's customer base within the designated regional territory.
• Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives within the region.
• Thoroughly document all sales-related activities in CRM (Salesforce), including customer interactions such as visits, demonstrations, calls, emails, and texts.
• Furnish valuable market insights to the Senior National Sales Manager and Director of Sales to devise growth strategies for key sectors within the region.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure projects in other regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and effective communication.
• Monitor economic indicators within the region, encompassing market trends, supply and demand dynamics, and competitor actions.
• Exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with a focus on surpassing annual regional sales targets.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required to support business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication.
• Ability to uphold a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Technical acumen.
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
