Full description of the position

• The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Prefered Bilingual Language Speaking English Mandatory (Highly-Preferred Second Language Chinese Mandarin)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Position. A Sales Representative is an important role within our sales team; the ideal candidate we would hope possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

JOB DUTIES:

Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

Efficiently respond to any online or telephone inquiries with professionalism.

Act as liaison between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.

You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have excellent communication skills.

Customer Service or Marketing Background strongly preferred.

Bilingual in Chinese

Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision.

Outgoing personality and attitude and a good team player.

Organized and detail oriented.
