Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and email communications to shooting ranges and related businesses to introduce and sell Target Eagle's smart targets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Target Eagle's products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients.
• Utilize computer and email for daily communications, record-keeping, and sales tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term success.
• Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help shape future product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Job Requirements:

Great Communication Skills: Must be articulate and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Computer Systems: Comfortable with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and virtual conferencing software.

Diligent and Organized: Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous Experience : Experience working in the firearms industry is a plus.

Passionate and Adaptable: Passionate about the shooting sports industry and eager to make a significant impact, as well as adapting to the fast-paced environment of Target Eagle.

Independent: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation package:
