Were expanding our team and are looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional. We are specifically seeking someone who is self-motivated, is currently licensed in the State of Texas and has experience writing commercial insurance. Were searching for that rare individual who wants flexibility, desires unlimited income potential, and is capable of building solid, sustainable relationships with their clients.

Our model is simple but requires everyone on our team to provide exceptional service, deliver quality insurance coverage, and maintain old-fashioned Texas integrity and pride.

Rasor Insurance is an independent insurance agency based in Celina Texas. We pride ourselves in taking a very down-home Texas, personal approach to our business. We develop strong and deep relationships with our client families and give them the kind of attention and service that you can only find by doing business with folks who have a Texas- sized heart for serving.

We serve our clients by providing both commercial and personal lines insurance. Our model is different from many independent insurance agencies. We have a cracker-jack team of inside associates who handle all the details of researching options, comparing rates, building quotes, explaining details, and assisting with all necessary documentation and filings.

Our Producers are free to focus on what theyre best at meeting new prospects, building solid relationships, and getting the ball rolling. Together, our inside/outside teams give our clients the best of all worlds a broad range of coverage options, personal connections with their agent, and outstanding service & support. We think its the way insurance SHOULD be handled!

We are seeking to add a talented Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. Were specifically looking for those individuals who enjoy serving clients, fit well in our culture, and enjoy giving their best at work every day. This position will primarily be responsible for the following duties:

• Community outreach
• Lead generation
• Introductions to new commercial opportunities
• Building awareness and engagement with individuals, families and businesses in their service area

Compensation is largely commission-based with a three-tier structure based on the Producer's experience, competency, and ability to grow. We work with each Producer to set their own compensation targets and goals matching their individual motivation and desires.
