Stahl & Associates Insurance, a Higginbotham Partner, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Processor in our Longwood, FL office.

We are looking for an energetic, eager, self-motivated professional to join our amazing team and provide top notch service to our private clients. This is a great position for someone wanting to grow their insurance career or take a step back from the hubbub of corporate life. Join our team and add to our story! This individual will work closely with Personal Lines Account Managers, Sales Agents, and other members of the team to service our existing clients and new business prospects by handling the following duties:

• Reviewing new and renewal insurance policies for accuracy based on coverage requested and quoted
• Updating policy information within the Agency Management System
• Providing proof of insurance upon request
• Assist with online quoting, as needed
• Answering incoming calls with a smile and greeting customers, prospects and carrier representatives with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling other administrative tasks

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a cheerful phone presence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
• Ability to handle multi-line phone system
• Agency Management System experience preferred, Applied EPIC experience greatly valued

Required Experience:

• At least 1-2 years experience in an entry level insurance position preferred
• Basic or entry-level knowledge of insurance terminology and workflows helpful
• Must have a current FL 4-40 or 2-20 license, or be willing to obtain quickly
