Job Title: Hospitality Sales Account Manager (HSAM)

This position has a sales base plus a commission

Reports to: SVP, Sales

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

At Bristol ID, as the Hospitality Sales Account Manager, you can do all these things and more. As a member of our sales team, you will be able to turn your passion for managing and growing accounts into solid results while supporting organizational objectives. In this position, you will be working with top, high-profile hospitality accounts including boutique hotels and resorts to introduce and create a preference for Bristols products and services.

In A Typical Work Week, the Hospitality Sales Account Manager will


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed growth targets within named accounts. This includes existing customers and prospective new customers.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers.
  • Educate customers on all products and services.
  • Understand and share industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Prospect for new opportunities within existing customers accounts.
  • Qualification of opportunities in existing and new customer accounts including understanding decision makers needs, aligning the right solution, and developing the business case.
  • Propose and close deals/sales meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Learn and understand the basics of card manufacturing, card construction and card types and applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all personnel within the Company, fostering a one team approach.

  • Inquisitive by nature with a strong thirst for learning.
  • Strongly adept at technical product sales.
  • Print industry or other relevant industry experience would be of benefit.
  • Experience selling to end-users in the hospitality vertical would be of benefit.
  • Articulate and professional via phone and email correspondence.
  • Confident in cold calling, prospecting, and making customer presentations.
  • Skilled at time management.
  • Able to develop pricing strategies that meet with the company's financial goals.
  • Outstanding at building customer relationships.
  • Goal and results driven.
  • A Self-starter, able to work independently, and within a team.
  • A critical thinker and a good problem solver.
  • Excellent at organization and record keeping.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to share your proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
